Not far from Carcassonne, in Cathar Country between Montolieu and Saint-Martin-le-Vieil, these guest rooms are on the first floor of a 12th century Cistercian abbey. In the flower garden in the old monastic cloisters, all sorts of gourds are cultivated. In the former monks' dormitory, the romantic rooms with their antique furniture are full of history and spirituality.
