Situated in the historic Trivalle area of Carcassonne at the foot of the medieval quarters, the Bloc G is a unique place which offers, under one roof, a restaurant, a lounge bar around the fireplace, a library and, upstairs, the five guest rooms. Beautiful, designer decor, minimalist yet very zen, throughout the house. Breakfast served on the terrace in fine weather. Delicious, innovative cuisine. Warm welcome. An excellent new address!.

  • Welcome : Both ladies Sophie and Sarah were most helpful and made our short stay in Bloc G memorable. You will be surprised and delighted at discovering and sampling their hospitality. 10/10
    Room : Our room was very clean, bright, spacious, cheerful with modern decor and no clutter. 10/10
    Breakfast : more than adequate breakfasts included in the room price, and the quality is of a high standard. 9/10
    Information : Besides the famous reconstructed "cite", the main town of Carcassonne (3rd Republique and earlier) is worth walking. The Saturday morning market (place Carnot) should not be missed.
