Near the Sioule Gorges, calm and tranquility are the order of the day in this old farmhouse, dating from the beginning of the 19th century, with its magnificent exposed stone walls, entirely renovated with natural limewash. Landscaped garden. Overlooking the green, rolling countryside, the guest rooms impart the conviviality and charm found throughout the house.   • Welcome : accueil très chaleureux malgré notre retard pour arriver 20h très sympathique
    Room : la chambre est propre la literie impeccable avec un accès direct sur une terrasse extérieure très pratique
    Breakfast : les petits-déjeuners et diners sont très bons il y a un choix appréciable et la cuisine traditionnelle avec des produits locaux et bio concoctée par Mr est succulente
    Information : la région est très belle , le gite est bien au calme et facile d'accès si nous repassons dans la région nous y refairons une halte bien volontiers

  • Welcome : Jacky and Marie-Line Blanc were welcoming and offered us a much needed fruit juice on arrival mid afternoon. After being in a car for 6 hours we also wanted to go for a short walk and Jacky directed us to a wonderful short walk perfect for what we needed. Although Jacky and Marie-Line said they don't speak English, Marie-Line spoke and understood enough for my husband who, himself, does not speak French. I was able to make conversation with both Jacky and Marie-Line in halting French but sufficient to feel very welcome and very much a part of the family for dinner and breakfast.
    Room : The bedroom was clean and comfortable - probably one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Everything we needed in the bedroom and bathroom was supplied automatically and we were very happy with everything to do with this.
    Breakfast : Wonderful dinner, lots of food and all very well cooked and presented. Very much a family feel to dinner and we enjoyed feeling part of the family. Breakfast was also very good and just what was needed, again breakfast was all as part of the family.
    Information : The house is perfectly situated for peace and tranquility. As a stopping place just off the motorway it was just the perfect distance to feel at peace and isolated from the journey just gone and journey that was still in front of us. As a base for visiting the region it would also be perfect and we are going to return at some point to do just that. I can't praise this B&B enough - it has to be one of the best we have stayed in in France over the last 3 or 4 years.
