An old 1709 earth-built farmhouse, full of character, renovated and refurbished with traditional materials in authentic style. Walled priest's (curé) garden with pruned yew trees, box hedges, old varieties of flowers. The interior is completely authentic with exposed beams, antique wood panelling and doors, walls painted in ochre tones, stone or terracotta-tiled floors. Delicious, hearty breakfasts with fresh farm produce and homemade jams and breads served in the lounge or the garden. Friendly welcome.
