Not far from Barjac and Orgnac, Vallon Pont d'Arc is renowned for its monumental arch created by erosion and the river Ardèche over thousands of years. The Pont d'Arc is the natural gateway to the Gorges de l'Ardèche reserve, rich with protected flora and fauna. With a bit of luck and lots of patience during your holiday in Ardèche in bed and breakfast, you might see one of the two couples of Bonelli eagles, a rare and threatened species which live in this exceptional nature reserve. Another treasure to explore: the Grotte Chauvet! Its wall paintings are more than 32 thousand years old, the oldest jewel of paleolithic art known at present. Unique in the world, the cradle of artistic creation can be visited in bed and breakfast in Vallon Pont d'Arc.
Most of our Bed and Breakfast addresses are approved by the four official networks (Gîtes de France, Fleurs de Soleil, Clévacances, Accueil Paysan) or by the Tourist Board.
