Bed and Breakfast Seine Saint Denis Countryside 93
Seine-Saint-Denis is located to the north-east of Paris and has a surface area of only 236 km², making it one of the smallest departments in France. It offers a number of attractions: le Bourget, the 13th century Saint-Denis Basilica in gothic style and of course, the famous Stade de France. Architecturally, the villas built at the start of the 20th century represent Art Nouveau with their different styles: neonormand, neogothic, neorenaissance, neo-Louis XIII, neomauresque. From your Bed and Breakfast visit Bobigny, Le Raincy, Saint-Denis. Admire the 'meulières'-the houses built of millstone, of which there is much in the area, typical of the Paris suburbs. The most beautiful, in Art Nouveau style, were built by rich Parisians wishing to move to the countryside. Certain ones are decorated with wrought iron gates and windows and ceramics on the facades, architectural curiosities to be discovered while strolling through the streets of the oldest areas in Seine-Saint-Denis.
Most of our Bed and Breakfast addresses are approved by the four official networks (Gîtes de France, Fleurs de Soleil, Clévacances, Accueil Paysan) or by the Tourist Board.
