The 'Roussière' is situated deep in the countryside at the head of the Goul valley, at the foot of the 'Plomb de Cantal.' This former mountain farm has been tastefully renovated in traditional 'Carladès' style with local stone, white-washed walls, slate roof, wood panelling, stone floors...The delicious meals prepared with local products are served around the open hearth.
