To enjoy beautiful, unspoilt countryside, nothing can beat a trip to the area between the Lot valley and the Monts d'Aubrac! The Domaine de la Rousselie comprises 180 acres of woods and pastures surrounding the house, an old farmholding dating from the 17th century. The two very comfortable, stylishly appointed rooms are located in the converted barn, ensuring peace and privacy. Here, relax and enjoy the murmur of the stream, the singing of the birds, the scent of the flowers or you could even go mushroom picking. Depending on the moment, you can sample fouace aveyronnaise, cakes or clafoutis accompanied by homemade jams, local honey and other local, often organic, products at the breakfast table.
