A comfortable manor house built in 1640 of tufa stone, located in the Loire valley. According to legend it was built on the ruins of a hunting lodge of Diane de Poitiers (1550). 18 acres of grounds with old sequoias and wild cyclamen, tennis court and heated swimming pool. The suites and rooms all have views of the park and the ground-floor room has handicap access. Comfortable and elegantly decorated, they all bear names of local wines. Tasty breakfasts served, in fine weather, on the flower-filled terrace. Warm, attentive welcome.
