Built in 1710 by Eloi Merle, a rich winegrower and wine merchant, this splendid country house is located in the heart of the Minervois. More than half an acre of leafy grounds with age-old trees, swimming pool and jacuzzi. With its original tiling, wood panelling and windows, all of its old charm is preserved as well as its family home feel. Each with their own identity, the rooms Bonne-Maman, Baroque and Coloniale plunge guests into a much appreciated 'retro' ambience. The buffet breakfast is served on the terrace in fine weather.
