In the small alsatian village of Haegen, situated on the edge of the forest just a few minutes from Saverne, this wooden chalet-style house is built entirely with natural and ecological materials. The wood creates a warm and cosy atmosphere within the house. The self-contained rooms have been designed with guests' wellbeing in mind, the warm, natural colours enhancing the wooden floors and walls. At breakfast, the choices offered are all made with organic garden or local products. The jams, bread, kougloff, bredele and other brioches are all homemade. A warm and friendly welcome.
