A former estate house of the Chateau de Joreau, the Domaine de Joreau has been carefully renovated: lovely tufa facade, slate roof and wooden windows typical of the Val de Loire architecture. The 25 acres of grounds, 10 acres of which are forest, are made for rambling. The spacious rooms are located in the converted wash-house and are tastefully decorated and furnished with antiques. Homemade jams and delicacies served at the delicious breakfasts. Tray meals and picnics available. Warm and friendly welcome. A great address!
