Le château d'Esparron fut bâti par la famille Castellane au XIIème siècle et lui appartient encore aujourd'hui. Son impressionnant donjon, son monumental escalier à vis et sa cour d'honneur sont remarquables. Jolie terrasse ombragée fleurie de roses. Un grand soin a été accordé à la décoration des chambres et leur antichambre : choix des tissus, moulures des plafonds, meubles provençaux d'époque, ... Les copieux petits déjeuners sont servis dans l'ancienne cuisine voûtée et sa cheminée imposante. Accueil simple et souriant.
