La Dame Blanche, named after the barn owl which emerges each summer evening, is an 18th century stone-built house, typical of the region, with terraces affording stunning views over the surrounding countryside as far as the Vosges mountains. In the grounds, two ponds, a swimming pool heated to 28C and hot-tub heated to 38C. The self-contained suites, named after the famous artists Dufy, Monet and Van Gogh rival each other for charm and comfort. Guest meals, with reservation, offer a large choice of lorraine specialties.
