Located at the gateway to the Camargue, on the banks of the Rhône canal at Sète, this lovely barge is moored in the peaceful marina. Surrounded by vineyards, the Péniche Farniente offers a unique setting. All air-conditioned, the tastefully decorated and comfortable cabins all have names evocative of the south: Olive, Tournesol (sunflower) and Lavande (lavender). In fine weather, the hearty breakfasts are served on the shady terrace affording views of the little port. Friendly welcome.
